The Nature of One-of-a-Kind Work

Every piece you receive from After Eleven Jewelry is handcrafted, unrepeatable, and made with full presence. Because of the intuitive, sculptural nature of my process, no two pieces are identical. Each carries the mark of the maker, the tremor of the hand, the unpredictability of metal and fire.

For this reason, I encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have questions about size, weight, finish, or wearability. I'm here to help you choose with confidence.

Returns & Refunds

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the piece doesn't feel right for you, arrives damaged, or differs from its description.

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending anything back, contact me at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation

If the piece arrived damaged or doesn't match the description, please include photos so I can resolve it quickly.

I'll confirm your return eligibility and provide you with the return address and any specific instructions. This ensures your package reaches me safely and is processed quickly.

Please do not send items back without contacting me first — returns sent without prior approval may not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The piece must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Sale items, custom commissions, and gift cards are final sale
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges

Because every piece is truly one-of-a-kind, I can't swap one for another directly. But here's what I can do:

If you'd like a different piece:

  2. I'll help you find the piece that resonates
  3. Once we've found it, I'll reserve it for you while we process your return
  4. As soon as your return is approved, I'll send your new piece with free shipping as a thank you for your patience

This way, you're not left waiting or wondering. You're supported through the entire exchange.

Note: Because each piece is unique, if the item you returned finds a new home before you place your next order, I'll work with you to choose something equally special — or issue a full refund if nothing else calls to you.

Ring Sizing & Fit

Not sure about your size? I'm happy to help you measure correctly before you order. Contact me at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com and I'll guide you through it.

If your ring doesn't fit after delivery, I offer one free resizing within 30 days (if the design allows it). You cover return shipping; I cover the resizing and send it back to you at no charge.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged or unwearable, contact me immediately at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com with photos. I'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — and cover all return shipping costs.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact me directly at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com and I'll follow up immediately.

Care & Repair

Your piece is made to last, but life happens. If your jewelry needs repair due to wear over time, contact me. I offer repair services for a small fee, and I'll always do my best to restore it to its original beauty.
