1. About This Agreement

Welcome to After Eleven Jewelry.

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of handcrafted jewelry from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

After Eleven Jewelry operates as a registered home-based craft business (kućna radinost) in Croatia.

All purchases are made from and invoiced by Nada Ledinsky. Brand communication and customer service are managed by Vesna, who works as an assisting family member within the registered business.

2. The Nature of Our Work

Every piece you see here is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and unrepeatable.

Because of the intuitive, sculptural nature of the creative process, no two pieces are identical. Each carries the mark of the maker's hand — including subtle variations in texture, finish, and form. This is not a flaw. It is the signature of handmade work.

What this means for you:

  • The piece you receive may differ slightly from photographs due to the nature of the materials and process.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective.
  • All sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described.

3. Orders & Payment

How to Order

You may place an order through:

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • PayPal
  • Credit/Debit Cards (via Shopify Payments, where available)
  • Bank Transfer (upon request, for select orders)

When payment is processed:

  • For PayPal and card payments, you are charged immediately upon placing your order.
  • For bank transfer, you will receive payment instructions after your order is confirmed. Your piece will be created once payment is received.

Currency

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order and will begin creating your piece.

4. Production & Shipping

Production Time

Because every piece is handmade to order, production typically takes 3-7 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

For custom commissions or more complex pieces, production time may be longer. We will inform you of the estimated timeline before you confirm your order.

Shipping Time

Once your piece is complete, we ship with tracking included.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Croatia: 3-5 business days
  • European Union: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20 business days

Total estimated time (production + shipping):

  • Croatia: 6-12 business days
  • EU: 8-17 business days
  • Rest of World: 13-27 business days

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address you provided and marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices

All prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.

Taxes & Duties

For orders within Croatia and the EU:
VAT is included in the price where applicable, in accordance with Croatian tax law for home-based craft businesses.

For orders outside the EU:
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of After Eleven Jewelry (Nada Ledinsky) and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
