Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Every piece is carefully packaged by hand in Zagreb, Croatia, and sent directly to you.
Shipping Costs
Croatia: Free
European Union: €8 flat rate
Worldwide: €15 flat rate
Free worldwide shipping on orders over €150.
Processing Time
Each piece is made to order or prepared with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Delivery Time
Croatia: 3-5 business days
European Union: 7-14 business days
Worldwide: 10-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these charges, but we're happy to answer any questions about international shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
We want you to love your piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com before returning your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of custom orders, custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Return
- Email us at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us securely (we recommend using a tracked service).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Croatia & EU: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Worldwide: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at afterelevenjewelry@outlook.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal service or file a claim.
For high-value orders, we recommend selecting a signature-required delivery option (contact us before ordering to arrange this).
